Nine people, including 2 children, lost their lives in a disastrous incident that a container fell on a bus that was taking passengers from a stop in the Ojuelegba region of Lagos state, Nigeria. One person was rescued alive. The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) said the incident occurred because the truck driver who was transporting the container lost control of his vehicle.

“Putin wants surrender, not negotiations,” he said, accusing the Russian leader of blocking peace efforts. Wadephul is scheduled to meet Ukrainian President Zelensky and Foreign Minister Sybiha during his visit.
