Dulaga Plateau, located at the foot of Abdalmusa Peak, the highest point of Türkiye’s Gümüşhane province, at an altitude of 2,178 meters, took on a unique appearance with the arrival of spring. The plateau is inhabited by 20 to 25 families who live on husbandry.
“This place is bordering Artebel Lakes Natural Park. Just above it, we have Abdalmusa Hill and Five Lakes. There is still snow on the hills just behind us. There are areas where it snows on top of snow. In other words, the snow doesn’t melt here because it is high altitude,” said Mustafa Dede, a local.
