The Sütey Plataeu, located within the borders of Ahlat and Adilcevaz districts of Bitlis, became colorful with the arrival of spring, which came late due to its high altitude. The view of the plateau, combined with Mount Süphan in the background and Lake Cil in it, offers a dazzling experience to nature enthusiasts. Together with Lake Cil, the plateau is also home to many bird species thanks to its rich vegetation.
“I was very curious about the Ahlat region and the Sütay Plateau. The snowy Mount Süphan looks perfect in the background. The flowers are magnificent and colorful. I recommend everyone see this place,” said nature photographer Ahu Akbaş.
