The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the death toll from the Israeli army’s attacks on a weapons depot near Aleppo International Airport increased to 42, 6 of whom were Hezbollah. Hezbollah confirmed the deaths and announced the names of the dead.

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nasser Kenani condemned the attacks for being clear violation of international law and a threat against Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He also called on the international community and the United Nations Security Council to condemn the attacks and take measures to hold Israel accountable for its actions.
