The number of people who died during the disaster caused by Typhoon Gaemi, also called Carina, which hit the north of the Philippines, increased to 21, according to police. It was added that the causes of the deaths, which were recorded in the capital Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan, and Pampanga, were mostly floodwaters, landslides, fallen trees, and electricity.
