Authorities reported that the number of deaths in the attacks in which Russia targeted the Ukrainian cities of Uman and Dnipro during the night increased to 25. A total of 23 people, including 4 children, died in the 9-story building in Uman and a 31-year-old woman and her daughter in Dnipro.
“Rescue teams will work until they are sure that no one is left under the rubble. We can only defeat the Russian terrorism with weapons supplied to Ukraine, harshest sanctions against the terrorist state, and fair punishments for Russian killers,” said Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy on his social media account.
