The Israeli army’s attack on a building in the El Bachoura neighborhood near the parliament in central Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, has raised the death toll to 9 and wounded to 14. Beirut Civil Defense said some of those killed were rescue and medical workers.
Eyewitnesses and local media said the building hit belonged to the Islamic Health Organization, which is affiliated with Hezbollah.
