The number of deaths and injuries increased in the helicopter-assisted attack by Israeli forces on the Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank region of Palestine. According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, five people lost their lives and 91 were injured. The condition of the 23 injured was stated as serious. Israeli forces also targeted journalists who were recording the attacks on the camp. A photojournalist named Hazem Nassera was shot.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the Israeli police said seven of their personnel were injured.
