The death toll is rising from the Russian army’s missile attack on Ukraine’s Chernihiv, which damaged a university and a theater. Chernihiv Mayor Oleksandr Lomako announced on his social media account that the number of people who lost their lives in the attack increased to 7 and the number of injured to 117. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared his condolences with those who lost their loved ones.

Russia and Ukraine exchanged 84 prisoners each, with the UAE mediating.
