A fire broke out in a building in the Russian city of Usolye-Sibirskoye, located in the Irkutsk region. While the 18 people inside were evacuated due to the fire, which engulfed the entire structure, the firefighters were able to pull a dog out of the flames. The teams who intervened in the terrier dog, who was not breathing and had passed out, used an oxygen mask to bring the dog back to life. The dog was being treated at the veterinarian, and its life was not in danger, authorities said.
