At least 98 people were killed and 150 injured after the roof of the Jet Set nightclub collapsed in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. President Luis Abinader confirmed Monte Cristi Governor Nelsy Cruz was among the victims and declared a three-day mourning period. Rescue efforts continue amid fears of a rising death toll.
