Ramazan, a 23-year-old with Down syndrome from Türkiye’s Adana, experienced his first-ever birthday celebration, moving his mother Feride Elçiçek to tears of joy. The Elçiçek family, facing financial challenges due to health issues, had never been able to celebrate Ramazan’s birthday until now. However, thanks to the Ogün Abi Association in Adana, a surprise birthday party was organized for Ramazan, complete with a specially made cake. The happiness on Ramazan’s face was evident as he cut the cake and enjoyed his first slice, marking a memorable milestone for him and his family.
