Dozens Die in Fuel Tanker Explosion in Liberia

An overturned fuel tanker exploded while locals were taking its fuel in the West African country of Liberia. A health official announced that at least 40 people died and dozens of others are suffering serious burns as a result of the explosion. It was said that the death toll may increase.
