Local residents in Fusui County, south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, witnessed and recorded a flock of ostriches running through the streets at midnight last Saturday. Around 80 ostriches have escaped the farm, according to Zhong Jinghua, a local ostrich herder who owns the ostriches. So far, about 60 ostriches have been found with the help of police and passers-by.
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that Israel’s attacks on Gaza have killed 62,895 people and injured 158,927 since October 7, 2023. In the last 24 hours alone, 76 people were killed and 298 injured.
At aid distribution points, deaths have risen to 2,158, with nearly 16,000 wounded. The ministry also said 10 more civilians, including two children, died of starvation, bringing Gaza’s hunger-related death toll to 313.
