A devastating drone attack targeted a military school graduation ceremony in Homs, Syria, resulting in a death toll exceeding 100 and over 120 individuals injured, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. In response, the Syrian regime declared three days of national mourning but did not release an official casualty count. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, and it was noted that Syrian Defense Minister Ali Mahmoud Abbas had left the ceremony shortly before the incident occurred.

“Putin is afraid to openly tell President Trump that he wants to continue this war and kill Ukrainians. That’s why those in Moscow come up with conditions that will lead to a deadlock and make the war last as long as possible. Putin often does this. He doesn’t say ‘no’ directly, but he prolongs the process and makes normal solutions impossible. We believe that all of this is new manipulation by Russia,” said the Ukrainian leader, also noting that Putin must be put under pressure with sanctions to end the war.
