In the operation organized by the gendarmerie teams in Türkiye’s Karaman province, a historical talisman was found in the searched car. The talisman with Hebrew characters inscribed on a 4-meter-long python skin was confirmed to be from the Ancient Egyptian period. While the historical talisman was confiscated, the detained person was released after his statement.

Following a heat wave in Istanbul, recent rainfall has failed to replenish the city’s dams, with the overall occupancy rate now at 49.96%. The Alibey Dam, currently at 33.32%, showed severe drought conditions, with aerial footage revealing the emerging Güzelce Aqueduct as the water level receded. While Elmalı Dam remains the fullest at 67.42%, Istrancalar Dam is critically low at 27.44%.
