Three people were killed and over 30 others were injured after a gas explosion Thursday in Shenyang, the capital of northeast China’s Liaoning Province. The explosion occurred around 8:20 a.m. Thursday at a restaurant on Taiyuannan Street in Heping District. According to the district’s public relations department, it damaged nearby buildings and vehicles. The injured have been taken to a hospital for treatment, and the cause of the accident is being investigated.
