The cold weather that occurred after the snowfall, in Ardahan, Turkiye, froze the Kura River and the exterior of the surrounding houses.
The extreme weather is freezing the vehicles, door locks and windows of buildings and bringing life to standstill in the city where temperatures dropped to minus 19 degrees Celsius in some areas.
