Families of victims killed by PJAK, the Iranian wing of the PKK, protested outside the German Embassy in Tehran, condemning Germany for granting asylum to PKK members. Demonstrators held photos of their lost relatives and chanted slogans like “Down with terrorism” and “PJAK commits murder, Europe supports it.”
The protesters demanded the deportation of PKK members from Europe and called on the German ambassador to address their concerns. A banner reading “Do not shelter the murderers of our children” was also displayed during the demonstration.
