The far-right AfD (Alternative für Deutschland) party and some other racist groups that were revealed to have held a secret meeting in Germany in November to plan to deport all foreigners in the country were protested by thousands of people in the capital, Berlin, and other cities. The demonstrators defended that the equality of all people living in the country cannot be discussed, and people cannot be classified as immigrants, foreigners, Germans, or genuine Germans. Prime Minister Olaf Scholz also attended the protest in Potsdam, where the secret meeting was held.
The closure of AfD became a matter of discussion due to its extremely racist policies and unconstitutional attitudes.
