Fighting Back is Palestinians’ Right, Says China

On behalf of his country, Legal Advisor of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ma Xinmin took to the hustings on the 4th day of the hearings on “the Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory” at the International Court of Justice, in The Hague, Netherlands. Stating that China constantly supports the rightful cause of the Palestinian people to regain their legitimate rights, Ma said that the Palestinians’ actions are not “terrorism” but “legitimate armed struggle.”
