Fire at Philadelphia residence building kills 13

In a residence building fire in Philadelphia, USA, 13 people, including 7 children, lost their lives and 2 were injured, the Philadelphia fire department announced. The injured were taken to the hospital. The building has four smoke detectors, but none of them are working, authorities said. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
