A fire broke out in a 3-storey residential apartment in Kocaeli, Turkey. The roof of the building was covered in flames. Firefighters and health crew were dispatched to the scene. The fire was put out after one hour of extinguishing efforts. No casualties were reported as the building was evacuated, authorities said. The cause of the fire is not known.
