In Sakarya, Turkey, a fire broke out on the roof of a two-story house. The sky was lit up by the flames. Firefighters were sent to the scene. The fire was put out before it spread thanks to the efforts of the teams. The camera captured the event, in which the residents of the neighborhood experienced frightening moments. While there are no injuries, the roof of the house sustained material damage.
Oleander Bloom Offers Visual Feast in Turkish Mountains
Pink oleander trees have transformed the mountain slopes of Kozan’s Memili Neighborhood in Adana, Türkiye, into a colorful spectacle. Despite being known as the “flower of death” due to their toxicity, the blooming trees are attracting photographers and nature lovers.
Local visitor Filiz Sakin said, “Although it’s called poisonous, oleander is also used in medicine. The late bloom this year was worth the wait.” The striking scenery was also captured with aerial drone footage.
