A fire broke out on the bottom floor of Central World, the famous shopping center of Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, at noon today. The customers fled out in panic as the smoke was quickly spreading to the seven-storey building.
Authorities stated that there were no casualties and that the fire may have started due to an electrical leakage in the section where the Christmas decorations are located.
The fire was brought under control in a short time.
