A fire broke out in the Vzletka Plaza shopping center in Krasnoyarsk, Russia at night. The teams of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations responded to the fire with 60 personnel and 18 fire trucks. The fire was brought under control because of hours of work yet a large part of the shopping center became unusable.
Authorities estimate that the fire, which was said to have started in the food court of the shopping center, may have started in the power line.
No deaths or injuries were recorded as the shopping mall was empty.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
