Some of the fireworks that were fired at the music festival at the LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo, Utah, USA, organized for the 4th of July Independence Day, landed on spectators in the stands. The accident caused six spectators to be injured, one of them, whose face was heavily injured.
The event continued from where it left off after the injured were taken to the hospital.
At least 3 people were killed and 49 injured in Russian airstrikes targeting the Ukrainian capital Kyiv early in the morning. President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the casualties, stating that all the deceased were members of the State Emergency Service. He warned the number of injuries may rise.
Zelensky reported that more than 400 drones and 40 missiles were launched across Ukraine. In Ternopil, 11 people were injured, while in Lutsk, 5 were wounded in attacks involving 15 drones and 6 missiles. Homes, schools, and government buildings were damaged.
