The first snow of the season fell in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. Chandragiri Hill, one of the city’s tourist destinations, was covered with snow, and the locals flocked to the hill. Most people of the region have witnessed the snow for the first time in their lives. Enjoying the snow on the 2,551-meter-high hill covered in white, a Nepali said, “I see snow for the first time. I came here four times last year with my family to see the snow. Luckily we could see it today,”
Snowfall is expected to continue in the region.
