A rescue operation was carried out after a fisherman showed signs of a heart attack on a boat 240 kilometers off Rawson, the capital of Argentina’s Chubut province. Following the captain’s call for assistance, an Argentina navy rescue helicopter was dispatched to the scene. A stretcher suspended from the helicopter was used to evacuate the 47-year-old fisherman from the boat. After receiving first aid in the helicopter, the fisherman was taken to the hospital by the ambulance waiting for him at Trelew airport. The authorities have made no statement regarding the fisherman’s health.

The city has been decorated with TDT flags ahead of the summit, which will take place at the historic Varkert Bazar near the Danube.
Leaders from Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Hungary are expected to attend. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will also hold bilateral talks during his visit.
The summit will focus on deepening strategic cooperation among Turkic states, with discussions on economic ties, security, and cultural heritage. The event will conclude with the adoption of the Budapest Declaration.
