Fistfight broke out at Jordanian Parliament on Tuesday after the phrase ‘Jordanian women are equal before law and there is no discrimination’ caused debate among MPs. The session was adjourned for half an hour; however, tensions rose again after one of the deputies did not accept the apology of the speaker of the parliament in the re-started session. The session was postponed to today.
