The Israeli army launched a drone attack on a vehicle traveling in the city of Tubas in the northern West Bank at night, killing 5 and injuring 3.
It was reported that among those killed was Muhammad al-Zubeydi, the son of Zakariya al-Zubeydi, commander of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, the armed wing of the Fatah Movement, who is currently in an Israeli prison.
The number of people who have lost their lives in the West Bank since October 7, 2023 has risen to 699.
Türkiye’s Presidency of Religious Affairs won first prize at the “Diamond” level in the “Most Successful Hajj Organization” category at the Lebbeytum Awards in Mecca. Organized by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the award evaluated over 100 countries.
President of Religious Affairs Prof. Dr. Ali Erbaş said the award recognized excellence in planning, pilgrim satisfaction, education, and innovation. He noted this was Türkiye’s third win in three years and thanked all staff involved, vowing continued high-quality service for pilgrims.
