A fire broke out in a forest area close to a residential area in the Erdek district of Balıkesir. The flames spread rapidly due to strong winds, devastating olive trees and causing panic among locals. Fire crews were quickly dispatched to the area.
Lake Van in eastern Türkiye offered a stunning view as the evening sun turned the sky crimson, with shades of orange and red reflecting across its clear waters. Residents along the shore captured the postcard-like scenes on their phones, calling the sunset “a different picture every evening.” The lake, a symbol of the region’s natural beauty, drew admiration for its breathtaking display.
