Rio Grande do Sul Governor Eduardo Leite said that 15 more dead bodies were found in the town of Muçul as the flood waters receded, bringing the death toll to 21. Hurricanes, floods, and landslides that have been effective since Monday have displaced hundreds of people.
According to National Disaster Response Chief Wolnei Barreiros the hurricane affected more than 20,000 people in 54 cities.
