Flood Leaves 5 Dead in Kyrgyzstan

The Kyrgyzstan Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that 7 houses in the village of Abshir-Ata in the Nookat district of the Osh region of Kyrgyzstan were flooded as a result of the overflow of the Sharan-Say river after heavy rainfall. Following the incident, 5 people, among 7 who drowned in the waters, were found dead. The search continues for the other 2 people.
