Severe floods and landslides triggered by heavy rains caused deaths in Ha Giang, northern Vietnam. According to the official state media, Vietnam News Agency, at least three people died during the disaster.
Meanwhile, muddy floodwaters submerged many trees and homes in the area, paralyzing life.
