Governor of Mykolaiv Oblast of Ukraine Vitaliy Kim released the video footages of the children’s hospital in Mykolaiv targeted by Russians yesterday, and said, “Yesterday’s attack on a secret children’s hospital.” In the video footage, it was seen that a bomb hit an ambulance that parked at the hospital’s yard.
In addition to that, “We control the entrances and exits. We know how many tanks there are. Attacks on the city are intended to create panic. Those who want to leave the city can leave. Don’t believe the fake news,” Governor Kim said in his statement on the final situation in the city.
