A forest fire in the Vidauban commune of France’s Var region has destroyed 600 hectares of land. The blaze, which began yesterday, is being battled by 760 firefighters and 200 vehicles. Authorities have evacuated around 100 residents as a precaution. Despite the extensive damage, there have been no reported casualties or injuries. Efforts to contain the fire are ongoing.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was officially received by King Charles III at Windsor Castle during his visit to England for the Coalition of the Willing meeting.
The ceremony included the Ukrainian national anthem and a guard of honor. This marks the third meeting between King Charles and Zelenskyy this year.
