A forest fire broke out in the Gülnar district of Mersin, Turkey. The fire grew rapidly with the effect of the wind, and it was reported that teams were mobilized for land and air intervention. Along with firefighting crews, 20 sprinklers, 1 aircraft and 3 helicopters support the firefighting. Crews continue to extinguish the flames.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan hosted Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh at the Dolmabahçe Office in Istanbul.
