A fire broke out in a forest area in the Dulkadiroğlu district of Türkiye’s Kahramanmaraş. The fire is currently being responded to by the firefighter teams that were dispatched to the scene upon locals’ notice. The cause of the fire is not yet known.

Mass production acceptance tests of Türkiye’s high-altitude air defense system SIPER B1 were successfully completed in Sinop. Defense Industries President Haluk Görgün said the system has now firmly entered inventory, marking a key step in Türkiye’s layered air defense strategy. Görgün described SIPER as a strategic shield enhancing the nation’s deterrence and national security.
