It was reported that the wildfires that broke out in Butte County in the north of the US state of California on July 24 continued to grow at a speed of 20 square kilometers per hour and that more than 350,000 acres of land were burned in the city of Chico alone.
The Butte County Prosecutor’s Office announced on Thursday that a 42-year-old man was arrested for starting the fire.
