The trial over the 13 November 2015 terrorist attacks, where 132 people were killed, and hundreds were wounded, is set to begin in France. The attacks had targeted the Bataclan concert hall, the Stade de France national sports stadium, and several restaurants and bars. In the case, a total of 20 men, 11 of whom are in detention, 3 are free, and 6 are in absentia, will be tried. The only surviving attacker Salah Abdeslam will appear in court with 12 other defendants in the facility, where they will be sentenced to life imprisonment.
