GastroAntep Culture Road Festival Continues to Introduce Gaziantep’s Cuisine

The 6th GastroAntep Culture Road Festival, which started on September 13 in Gaziantep with the aim of introducing the city’s registered recipes, like baklava, katmer, beyran, kebab and Antep pistachio, to all of Türkiye and the world, continues.

“Everyone comes to the festival. Because this festival has festivity, excitement, food and drinks. The flavors of Gaziantep are included in this festival. This festival is the Antep table,” said Kebab Chef Enes Demir.

“The festival is very busy and full. We are very happy about this. In the evenings, the festival area is covered in smoke due to the kebabs. We have all kinds of kebabs. We expect everyone to the festival,” says another chef, Nuri Demir.
