Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality has successfully addressed the transportation challenges by laying key cobblestones on the previously rugged 4-kilometer road leading to the Glass Observation Terrace in Kaz Mountains. This popular attraction, known for its breathtaking natural surroundings and unique view, can now be easily accessed thanks to the efforts of the municipality’s teams.
Situated at an altitude of 836 meters in Şahinderesi Canyon, the Glass Observation Terrace experienced high visitor traffic during the recent Ramadan Feast and is expected to attract even more visitors during the upcoming 9-day Eid al-Adha holiday, following the completion of the road improvement project.
