In Gaziantep’s Islahiye district, a goat has taken on the role of mother to twin lambs after their mother rejected them. Farmer Sultan Aslan placed the lambs in a pen with goats and began feeding them with goat’s milk. The lambs soon started nursing directly from the goat, who adopted them as her own. Now, the lambs follow the goat everywhere, treating her as their mother. This unusual bond has amazed locals and relieved Aslan from the burden of bottle feeding.
