Bulgarian customs officers seized nearly 912 grams of undeclared gold, valued at about €150,000, from a Turkish-registered passenger bus traveling from Türkiye to Kosovo. The bus was stopped for a detailed inspection at the Kapitan Andreevo border gate in Bulgaria after departing from the Kapıkule border crossing in Türkiye. Authorities found gold jewelry hidden on two Kosovar passengers, including rings, necklaces, and bracelets.
