The Harpoot Town in Elazığ, Türkiye, which hosts historical buildings from civilizations such as Urartians, Hurrians, Assyrians, Seljuks, Byzantine and Ottoman, started to host many visitors with the arrival of spring.
”This is a wonderful place. You feel the spirituality as you come here. Today is our fifth day here, and we are sad to leave. They built the facilities very nicely. I can say that the first place they should come to is the east,” said a visitor.
Harpoot Town, which was a home to many civilizations and cultures for about 4,000, was included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Temporary List approximately 6 years ago.
