The Greek government had decided to temporarily suspend healthcare workers from work who have not been vaccinated against the corona virus (Covid-19). Upon the decision, hundreds of health workers gathered in front of the Ministry of Health building in Athens, upon the call of the Pan-Hellenic Federation of Employees in Public Hospitals (POEDIN). Protesters unfurled banners that read, “There is not a single employee suspended”, urging Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to resign.
