Heavy snowfall and extremely low temperatures due to the cold wave coming from France have been paralyzing life for two days in Belgium. The harsh weather caused disruptions in all kinds of transportation and education. Citizens were warned not to leave their homes unless necessary and to be careful in traffic.
The cold wave is expected to continue until the beginning of the next week.
