Volunteers of Avrupa Yetimeli, a Turkish relief organization for Orphans, delivered aid materials they prepared for the families in the city of Cibitoke in Burundi, which is an African country considered to be the poorest country in the world. Food, clothing, and cash aids were distributed to the people in need.

Avrupa Yetimeli volunteer Nizamettin Aygan stated that they are working on helping the African countries at full steam and that the families receiving the aid are experiencing great joy.

Bilal Şemsettin, an aid organization operator in Burundi, said that it’s the first time an organization reached the Cibitoke region and that assistances to those countries are of vital importance for locals.
