The Israeli army has launched fresh airstrikes on Iran, targeting key sites in Tabriz, Shiraz, and Natanz. According to Israeli military sources, an air base near Tabriz Airport, a missile production facility in Shiraz, and Iran’s primary nuclear enrichment site in Natanz were hit. Thick smoke was seen rising from the affected areas.

Israeli Air Force Spokesperson Effie Defrin stated, “The operation is just beginning,” adding that the military is prepared for further strikes and monitoring Iran’s potential response. He noted that the attacks are part of a long-term, phased plan.

Iran confirmed that the Natanz nuclear facility sustained “superficial damage.” Atomic Energy Organization of Iran spokesperson Behrouz Kamalvandi said the facility’s core operations remain unaffected due to its underground structure.
